Ola has invested heavily in driver training and vehicle quality, to ensure a consistent customer experience on every ride.
With this move, Ola users in these three cities will get the best rated drivers, top quality sedans, onboard 4G Wi-Fi among other value-ads, when they book a Prime ride, at the same fares as the erstwhile Sedan category.
Ola Prime is the only Wi-Fi Cab offering in the market today.
Courteous, handpicked driver-partners, superior in-cab experience with complimentary 4G Wi-Fi, makes Ola Prime, the first choice for many, including business travellers.
Positive customer feedback and testimonials have resulted in the intense scale-up of the Prime category, since its launch in September 2015.
Ola Prime has emerged as the single most successful premium cab category in the industry and also the first and only one to offer seamless in-cab 4G Wi-Fi.
Raghuvesh Sarup, CMO and Head of Categories at Ola said, “Ola Prime consistently offers a superior in-cab experience and is growing as the preferred mode of commute amongst customers for whom experience matters most. The phenomenal success of the category along with encouraging customer feedback in the past 6-8 months has led us to upgrade Sedans to Prime in the three cities. Users in these cities can now get high quality Sedans, better rated drivers and in-cab 4G Wi-Fi experience, when they book an Ola Prime.”
Raghuvesh further added, “We have invested considerable time in training and educating drivers on etiquette, vehicle upkeep, technology and more, to deliver a superior customer experience, as we further build Ola Prime to serve mobility needs of a discerning segment.”
