This celebrated lunch buffet will consist of a host of seafood, meat and vegetarian preparations such as Laqa- E- paneer, Tandoori bhuna meat and kolambi che curry. The food will also be complemented by a variety of mocktails, sparkling cocktails and fresh fruit juices.
Earth Plate will celebrate India’s independence & diversity authentic regional Indian cuisine at the live cooking stations at Earthplate.
