Sorbet Sangria
Kolkata/NITN: To beat the summer heat, One8Commune Kolkata has introduced 'Sorbet Sangria' where four signature wines are poured over fruity sorbets for a flavoursome infusion.
The White Wine Sangria menu includes 'Sunburst”'a sweet and citrusy combination of kiwi sorbet with the infusion of lavender and elderflower in the classic Chenin blanc and 'Green Sunset', a signature Sauvignon blanc infused with the flavors of passion fruit and kaffir lime poured over fruity green apple sorbet.
The Red Wine Sangria includes 'Berry Boss'' serving Shiraz with the blast of berry flavored sorbet and a hint of cool watermelon and 'Mango Sizzle', a blend of chilli mango sorbet with the flavors of fresh rose petals and peach brewed in the classic Cabernet shiraz.
The Sorbet Sangria menu has been curated by their brand mixologist Neeraj Sharma.
