Veggie kebabs preparations will be served on clay pot to give the customers a real earthen reverie feel.
The technique of kebabs and charcoal-grilled items on skewers are known to have started from Persia where swords were used as skewers.
The restaurant will serve assorted kebabs like Peri Peri Paneer Tikka (char-grilled cottage cheese marinated with peri peri chilly), Peshawari Paneer Tikka (Creamy cottage cheese marinated in yoghurt, flavored with yellow chilli and cooked in clay oven), Nawabi Paneer Tikka (Pineapple stuffed char-grilled cottage cheese marinated with rich cashewnuts and yoghurt), Dhania Paneer Tikka (Char-grilled cottage cheese, marinated with rich coriander paste and yoghurt), Chatpata Achari Punjabi Aloo (Pickle surprise marinated baby potatoes cooked in clay oven), Amritsari Bharwan Aloo (Stuffed potatoes with grated nuts cottage cheese, marinated in red chilly spice), Vegetable Shami Kebab (Exotic minced vegetables pattie, stuffed with cheese and nuts), Hare Matar Ki Tikki (Green peas flavored with Chef's special spices and shallow fried in desi ghee), Chilly Makai Seekh Kebab (Minced American corn, chilli flavored with dry herbs), Vegetable Takatak (Exotic and tangy char-grilled vegetables with Indian Masalas), Khumb Ki Galoti (Minced mushrooms tikki, tempered with mouth-watering spices), Tandoori Broccoli (Char-grilled brocolli marinated in yoghurt and tempered rich masalas.
Speaking on the occasion, Swarup Ghosh, General Manager, Casa Kitchen said, "This is the 4th consecutive year we are doing this kebab festival. Our restaurant has a glass-view facility so in the rainy season when our customers will have the view of drizzle or rain with each bite of kebab and a sip of bear it will altogether be a different enjoyment for them and ofcourse for us."
"We arrange for festivals throughout the year and kebab fest is the best.These favours of kebab had been studied for a couple of months by our experts, brought to execution and served before the customers. Each kebab has its own uniqueness and flavour. Hope the people around here loves them and celebrate the monsoon with us," he added.
