Casa Kitchen to  host  Food Fusion Fiesta
Kolkata, Mar 10 (NITN): Kolkata- based restaurant Casa Kitchen is all set to host Food Fusion Fiesta from Mar 12.

The festival, which will beheld for sixteen days will continue till Mar 27.

The restaurant will serve a varieties of vegetarian cuisines that include starters like tomato  wonton soup, a pure tomato soup with momo stuffing in it, vegetable shammi kebab, mixture of vegetable with the taste of kebab and will be served with Salsa. 

The main course includes spinach pasta in hunan sauce, a fusion pasta  made with fine chopped spinach with oregano's, paneer shaslik with bar-be-que sauce.
 
Deserts will include garam masala brownie and Cappuccino Carlo.

"Casa Kitchen has previously organized such food festivals just to bring out something new from the regular item.It is generally season based, mixed season or even region based to bring customer's attention. This is  one more time when we are organising such food  festival. We at Casa always try to bring in something new and innovative to provide a different taste to our customers," said Swarup Ghosh, General Manager, Casa Kitchen.

A meal for two will cost Rs. 1000 plus taxes.
