COVID-19: Number of cases reaches 10,331 in S Korea

Seoul/UNI: The number of confirmed cases in South Korea has risen to 10,331, with 47 new cases being registered over the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry confirmed on Tuesday.

According to the country's health ministry, 96 people recovered during the same time, while the total death count in the country till now stands at 192. So far, 6,694 people have recovered from the dreaded disease in South Korea, Sputnik reported.

Latest data from the Johns Hopkins University stated that till now, more than 1,347,800 people have been infected with the virus globally and 74,800 people have lost their lives due to it. The encouraging fact is that as many as 284,800 have recovered from the disease.
