The story celebrates women as the pillars of society and the sex part is just integrated into the journey of the main protagonist.
The characters in this novel are really admirable for their courage and boldness. The women know what they want and they don’t hesitate to reach out and take what is theirs.
But that doesn’t mean the women squabble when their interests clash with each other. They know when to bow out of the ring with dignity and when to enter with their heads held high.
And the man knows how to treat his women with due respect.
Delightful characters, indeed!
Unlike most eroticas, where characters seem to be living solely for sexual indulgences, this novel has characters who lead normal lives, who have dreams, who fight with the world to survive.
This story has a journey which the readers can appreciate and respect.
This erotica reads like a real story that can happen in a common man’s life and maybe that’s why the sex also seems real.
Here the emotions, friendships, and relationships are real and relatable and it is easy to understand and appreciate the events without getting grossed out.
There are not many Indian writers who are doing erotica and Saket sure needs to be applauded for his courage to deal with such a risqué subject and kudos to him for treating the story with such sensitivity.
Maybe this world needs a courageous Indian man to show them how a woman can satisfy a man in bed and be his inspiration and muse at the same time.
A woman’s role in a man’s life has never been uni-dimensional. It’s a multifaceted presence and it’s time for men the world over to start respecting that.
And maybe authors like Saket can make the world sit up and take notice of this simple yet neglected, fact.
The book is now available at Flipkart, Power Publishers and Readwhere.
