Kolkata, Apr 30 (NITN): Aditya School of Sports on Saturday felicitated shooter Mehuli Ghosh, who had won a silver medal in the recently concluded 21st Commonwealth Games 2018, held in Gold Coast, Australia.
Mehuli had won a silver in the Women's 10m air rifle event.
She had won the silver after a shoot-off with Singaporean Martina Veloso.
Presently Mehuli is ranked sixth in the World and third in Asia.

Speaking about the felicitation ceremony, a happy Mehuli said: "This is really superb after coming back home from such a long journey following commonwealth games and world cup. This is a huge felicitation and I got lovely gifts. Really feels wonderful."
Remembering the days in Australia, the 17-year old shooter from Bengal said: "That was a very interesting period for me and a life-experience. It was a huge competition there. I had stayed in a pretty village there [in Gold Coast]."

Former shooter and Indian Olympic finalist Joydeep Karmakar was also present at the felicitation ceremony.
Hailing Mehuli, Joydeep said her feat and achievement will inspire the younger generation. "These kinds of feats and achievements are well taken by the mass."
