25 Mar 2015, 05:23 pm
Bengaluru, Mar 25 (NITN): RoomsTonite, a last-minute hotel booking mobile app in India, on Wednesday announced the launch of a 24X7 assistance service-RoomsTonite Assist-to help travellers with enquiries and specific needs in all stages of travel: Pre-stay, during hotel stay, and post-stay.
RoomsTonite Assist service is designed to provide solutions to multiple travel requirements of its customers.
Aimed at enhancing customer comfort and experience during the entire lifecycle of their trip, the new service offers solutions from informing the hotel about an unexpected flight delay to purchasing movie tickets, sending couriers, co-coordinating with the hotel on any special room requests, locating the nearest restaurants and entertainment to booking a taxi, among other value added services.
Customers can avail this service free of cost by simply calling RoomsTonite Assist at +91 8880464646 or email their queries to <mailto:assist@roomstonite.com >assist@roomstonite.com.
However, charges are applicable on actuals such as cost of the movie tickets, taxi fare, etc.
Upon the launch of this service, Suresh John, Founder & CEO, RoomsTonite said, “We are very excited to launch this new one of a kind service. Through this service, we aim to engage customers, enable them to customize their travel plans, and facilitate the service at a cost effective price and making it available at the doorsteps. The service takes ones travel experience to the next level."
“RoomsTonite is a technology driven company, we have plans to build artificial intelligence into the app that learns about the user’s travel patterns and be a travel companion. However, there are some scenarios where a human help would outsmart technology. This Assist service can be seen as a one-stop-shop for all travel enquiries in the entire travel lifecycle. When a customer lands in Bangalore at midnight, the customer can simply call RoomsTonite to ask about the late night charges applicable for autorickshaws in the city,” added Karthick Prabu, Chief Product Officer, RoomsTonite.
