Kolkata/IBNS: This popular cloud kitchen in Kolkata is now allowing customers to curate their own meals from a wide range of dishes.

By ordering from edabba’s ‘Make Your Own Meals’ menu, customers can choose their appetizers, mains, accompaniments, desserts and beverages from a wide assortment of Indian and Chinese fare.

From learning local tastes to designing recipes to suit the customers’ palette, culinary professionals at edabba pay close attention to the quality of each component via ongoing innovation, experimentation and quality inspections to provide clients with fresh, hygienic and affordable meals, according to the company.
